Not really. Everyone has their own way of thinking and expression. We cannot ask questions and then tell people how to answer them!!

Sometimes. But some questions can be answered by another question. For example if I ask why do I feel yucky after eating someone could ask well, what are you eating? But I know what you are talking about. Some people just don't want to take the time to try and understand the question or they just feel that their question was sufficient.
