I am not sure , i have never seen a 100% African professional skater before but if you like skating you could be the first.

Yes, Surya Bonaly...the ONLY skater who does a backflip and lands on ONE skate...she's bad@ss!!! She's pro now, but when she was competing it was amazing to watch.
