Like others say, your boobs will not shrink "when" your breastfeeding... But if you nurse for a significant amount of time- at least 6 months, and you are not a lot heavier than you were before your pregnancy, you will most likely lose at least one cup size.

Your boobs will remain quite plump whilst you are still breastfeeding your baby. It is when you stop that problems sometimes occur. I have known women whose post-breastfeeding boobs have actually 'shrunken', like you said, but this did not happen to me, however, the length of time I breastfed for was pretty limited. The other women I know who have had this problem breastfed for much longer than I did.

Mine became bigger when my milk came in, as I discontinued nursing, they started to shrink back to their pre-pregnancy state. Breast reduction is a bad idea if you want to breastfeed, however.

Breast actually enlarge while breastfeeding. When you wean your baby off the milk, your breast will probably shrink back to their size before the pregancy or maybe smaller.

Wait until you wean your baby in the normal course, and then see if there is a change in the size. Breast size during breastfeeding is larger than on other times.

No. The more you breastfeed, the more milk you produce. Which in turn will make them bigger. I suggest surgical breast reduction.
