Medical Schools?

Can someone tell me where I could find ratings for various medical schools? For example I'd like to know how the University of Washington's M.D./p.h.D program compares to that of the University of Chicago. Thanks very much for your time and help!

Use these rankings as a guideline. Usually MD/PhD (of MSTP) programs will fall in rank with the medical school.
University of Washington ranks very high for both research and primary care compared to University of Chicago. Don't forget to check out the differences in rankings between research and primary care. I'm sure the programs are comparable and an MD/PhD in the end will look the same no matter where you get it!

Ratings don't really mean much to me. I find that personal experience is the best way to compare school. If UW and UC are your two choices for Med Schools, ask them both to sebd you information about their Med programs...then sit down and compare them.

Another suggestion is to look at schools that have hospitals affiliated with them. UW does, I know that...not sure about UC. Those with hospitals affilliated are usually better for students because they offer hands-on opportunities that other schools may or may not be able to offer.
