I remember hearing this song and I fell in love with it. I think it is from the 80s. I have been trying to remember it but I can't. In the video this guy is singing to a girl and he is a cartoon and she is devastated because he is torn between the real world and the cartoon world. The song starts with something like turu tu tu tu tu. lol. I would really appreciate it if you knew something.

Without even looking it up, I'm going to guess and answer with "Take on Me" by a group in Australia called Ah Ha. They also wrote another nice song called "The Sun Always Shines on TV".
