Make them some gifts instead of buying them stuff. You can even offer up your services for free. For example; is your mom always stressing over dinner and cleaning up afterwards? give her a "gift certificate" on which you promise to take over those tasks for her on any day of her choosing.
You can do the same thing for your Dad, etc too. If you can't think of anything they would want you to do for them, volunteer your time to a charity on their behalf.

How about offering to wrap presents for people?
You can charge according to the size of the package. You would need to purchase some wrapping paper (or ask the customer if they want to supply their own), some tape, and probably a stack of post its. Give some of the post its to your customers so they can mark each gift so you know what name goes on the gift tag.
Wear a Santa hat when you pick up/drop off the gifts or come to their home to do your job~
Lots and lots of people are swamped this week, and I'm sure, family members, friends and neighbors would welcome the help!

Do you know some harried people with small kids? They could probably use some help getting their Christmas gifts wrapped out of sight of the little kids' eyes. Ask them. They can provide the paper and bows/ribbon, you just cut and tape until they're beautiful.. A dollar a box... it's cheaper than the mall and they don't have to stand and wait. Good luck. Next year you need to plan earlier.

Gather up all the junk you got last year that you don't want and have a garage sale. Tell the neighbors and family that you need to make some money and that you will help them put up there decorations. Your options are limited at age 14.

You don't. You present and give yourself, your spirit and joy to your friends and family for who you are, period. And if they don't like it as a gift, do you then, truly have a friend? And if your family isn't blessed and happy and just greatful that you are their son or daughter or brother or sister, then, too bad for them! Be the gift!
