Yes i report him regularly. It seems to have not yet been effective, however.

Yes. I have reported them - one report for every individual SPAM. Reporting can be effective. I have, from time to time, received mail from Yahoo telling me that my report has been noticed. Hopefully, a few of the violators have been issued warnings and have had points deducted.
Don't believe the trolls when they cite 'freedom of speech' to defend their rights to be @$$holes. That's an insult to freedom.
I report – not as a pastime – but to do my bit to make Yahoo better.
