i have a mean neighbor and he almost ran over my cat, yelled at me 5 times, and he is my teachers husband. what can i do about him. it's to the point where i'm afraid to go outside and see him.

Tell your parents, as a parent I don't like it if "anybody" tries to discipline my children. You want who ever is trying to discipline has respect, and values. I think if your mother reported to authorities about your pet, he'd be warned. Now if he actually kills a pet, he's looking at imprisonment especially if it was intentional. A lot people get in trouble for animal cruelty. He won't get arrested for yelling at you, the police would come out and talk to him if your mother calls them...if he physically harms you..Jail time for sure! Your mother could even make a report (if you told her, which would be wise)

No, you can't be arrested for any of those things. You can complain to the police about the loud noise/disturbing the peace - but all in all it might just make more problems between you and your neighbors.

I would talk to my parents about this issue. He sounds like a really difficult person to deal with. Not to mention very miserable. God bless****

get a video camera and record some of this behavior and then show it to your teacher if she is not upset then you have to wonder what you are learning from her . good luck and god bless and happy holidays.
