You should try to talk to her and find out why she hasn't eaten. I , myself only eat one meal a day. Because I don't like to get fat. Nowadays, because being skinny and thinness is in. Practically, almost everybody are thin. This is further glamorize by the models. Being so skinny is not healthy. However, obesity is not healthy either. It relates to a lot of health issues as well as poor self-image and confidence. Try to gain her confidence, and find out the reasons why she hasn't eaten. Maybe, you can discuss with her some magazine articles on anorexia. See, how she reacts. and relate to that problem.

Sit down with her in a quiet place, and approach the subject about her eating, even ask her if everything is okay at home. Maybe they are having financial difficulties at home.Or she feels isolated from the other students because she is more heavy, she could be trying to loose weight, but without adult supervision, could be her parents don't know whats going on with her.make her aware how dangerous it can be for her health to stop eating all together. good luck with your talk.
