Depends on with that choice if you were also given total freedom, unlimited money and someone else to share it with. Then yes I would live for one thousand years.

If I could stay looking like I do now and be healthy, yeah I would.
That way I could see if we ever do find life in outer space and maybe even get to go there myself.
