Should I trim up...cuz i havent really done any "maintence" since the summer (im lazy) AND, should I go get it done at like, a nail salon that does waxing, because I've heard that you need to have it done by a certified cosmotologist.

You should trim it up a little first,and you should go to a waxing salon.Nail salons are usually not certified as waxers,only as beauticians.Plus,you know they'll do a good job cuz theat's what they specialize in.

I went to a high end salon.
The girl who did mine happened to be a doctor too, I don't know if they're all like that but I guess I got lucky?
I'd def. trim before you go, other then that, just relax. It's a fun experience, plus you can brag to everyone after that you got a brazilian, I did! haha

they should do all the trimming for you and make sure that you are not pre-menstruating because supposedly it hurts more.
so it's best to get it about a week after your period.
