! am 12 weeks pregnant right now and I had my bedrest for a month during my second month of pregnancy due to spotting. During my third week, we went to the mall and I while we were eating, I felt sudden abdominal pain, like a menstrual cramp. I ignore it thinking that I just need to rest. When we reached home, I noticed that there was brownish spot; I have spotting again. I checked with my OB and she said that I might have an infection.

After a week, I reported to work and in order to reach our office, I need to walk few blocks...Everytime I walk, I always feel pain near my genital area. I feel like my baby might come out anytime.

It is not normal. You should go to the doctor and have a thorough examination. If your doctors says it's ok get a second opinion.

That abdominal pain and genital pain could be what is call "round ligament pain" It's the ligaments that surround the uterus stretching to accomodate your growing baby. It's normal and lots of women have it. however, if you're having cramping and spotting, you really need to call your Dr. and if you're not supposed to do any unecessary walking you need to find another way to reach your office.
