Dentists reccommend changing your tooth brush every 3-4months to insure good brushing. ( i think it's about that time for me ) ;) They also recommend flossing, but i dont. lol, well i think it's every 3-4 months. if you have a color changing one, the bristles will become light blue. i hope i helped

Well, your suppose to go to the dentist every 6 months. So I would say to change your toothbrush every time you go to the dentist. The only other time you should change it more often is if your sick or something. There is a way to disinfect it though....let it sit in some mouthwash for awhile ( Don't do it overnight unless you want your toothbrush to turn the color of your mouthwash). I have an electric toothbrush and it says to change the head every 6 months. So that is my answer :)

Every 3 months.....I saw something on TV once that showed a toothbrush up close - like with a microscope...GROSS it's like a living bacteria city.
