What type of model release will I need if I produce ADULT FILMS?

Anyone did these before? What type of identification and release forms need to be done before filming the models and making movies?

Ask around the industry (agents and other producers) in addition to adequate legal experts. Don't expect too much savvy out of this bunch.

find a good lawyer who is good and does solid contracts.
