Anyone did these before? What type of identification and release forms need to be done before filming the models and making movies?

Do not produce Adult movies with out the protection of the industry. Contact AVN, Vivid, Digital Playground, or any of the other ones. There are 12 forms that need to be filled out and filed for each movie. Each actress and actor must have different forms. It is also necessary to log each sexual contact each actor has and submit it. They are tested for STD monthly, and if an out brake occur es they need to be able to track back the 0 case. You need to be so sure of age you would be twenty years in jail. Making your own movies is a big mistake. Get the protection of the industry.
