I've studied the transcripts and the chronology of events. The DA was up for reelection and wanted to make a name for himself. He prosecuted and persued without having all of the facts in. Can you say overly zealous? The DA needs to be thrown in jail as does the stupid crack whore that brought the charges. Even her partner said she was talking non-sense in the car after the supposed fact, that they were together the whole time and none of this ever took place. That she's lied about the whole thing. It's about race. It's about money and it's about politics. Throw both her and the DA in jail.

No, I don’t think they’re guilty.
The DA may have been looking for votes when he proceeded with the case, or maybe he just gave into the pressure from the black community (protests were held, statements being made of “…if this had been a white woman that had been raped…”) and who do you think was leading the way? The NAACP.

I think they are innocent of the rape charges. They were definitely stupid for having the strippers there to begin with but stupidity is not a crime. How many cases have we all seen on television were people are found innocent of criminal charges only to be found guilty in civil court. Then they have to pay retribution to the supposed victim. This stripper is not stupid she knows that if she sticks to her story there will be a pay off in the future.

okay, first off, is that really you? if it is you are good looking. wait, the question. okay, the fact that they found 5 different types of semen in her isn't necessarily an indicator that she was a willing participant. it is the way in which the story is released that is meant to sway human thought and get people thinking along a certain line, which is against her. but in all honesty, as easy as it is to assume she was a member of some group sex party, it is as easy to assume five guys raped her. I mean, even if she was with two guys the day before, that doesn't give others the right to rape her. be wary of stories that come out in pieces. i would much rather read the case decision and decipher for myself. so in closing, if that is your picture, you are hot.

Honestly I read it all. Her story changed to many times for any of them to be completely believable. Where the guys dumb? YES! Guilty of rape? Probably not. She probably didn't get as much for the "extras" she provided and got mad. Who better to get mad at a bunch of dumb guys with rich dads. I just can't believe the guys were so dumb as to not wear condoms. Reading some of the reports it seems she has provided "extras" to her dance routine on a routine basis. Probably all about $$$$$$

yeah, she got gang banged and thought she could make a few bucks off of prosecuting them. Being the dumb bit** she is, didn't realise you can' t make much money this way and that innocent people would be going to jail.
