Do you have arthritis? You may find heat/cold packs may provide some relief, as well as some anti-inflammatory medications. Best to see your doctor and get a proper diagnosis.

Maybe try a chiropractor? They can really help! It's unbelievable how they can turn that around for you.

I'm not a doctor, but that sounds like it could be a lumbar sacral sprain. They can be very painful and think that you almost won't be able to walk.

But it's amazing the things you can do after that, when that's fixed. I ended up athletic after that!

Check it out with a regular MD first though, to make sure it isn't something else.

Remember, with the Chiropractor or Dr. any course of treatment takes time. You might even feel worse before you get better.

A really good Chiropractor may send you for MRI's too.

I guess that's because he wants to know what's going on.
