I know I am biased, but I would look into Montessori Education. I like it because it looks at children individually, and then teaches to their specific needs and strengths. Additionally in a Montessori training course they will not only tell you what you need to teach, but will show you many different ways to teach those concepts as opposed to traditional education that tells people what they need to teach, but does not give them the background or the methods to actually teach it.

Another form of alternative education is Waldorf Education. It is much more spiritual, art and music based. Waldorf Education is not for me, it is more mass orientated; all students do “this” is third grade, and “that” in fourth, no matter where their needs, strengths or interests lie. Yet it does have a lot of proponents. I would look into both and see which one fits your personality better.

in case you want to bypass everywhere you're necessary you received't have a difficult time searching a pastime. Small, rural, underperforming faculties the position I stay have a terrible time searching instructors because no one needs to bypass to the backwoods and practice at a school the position there are basically 10 little ones in a grade.
