I am making lots of cookies this year... Candy Cane, Jam Filled, Choc/Peanut Butter, etc.

Cookies are easy and quick and everyone loves them!

I found the neatest Pre-cooked Gingerbread Tree all you do is mix the included icing and put it together!

I made this with my special ed. class this last week for them to take home to their families and it was a huge hit and very easy.
Christmas Crunch Wreaths
1 stick of butter
2 cups of corn flakes
3 cups of mini-marshmallows
green food coloring
Melt the butter and add marshmallows, stir until melted and add food color.
Add the corn flakes and stir until well coated. Press into a wreath shaped oiled mold. Turn onto a plate and decorate with icing like a wreath (bow, holly berries, whatever you want)

Tastes better than the krispy treats and it just looks so festive!

you could make pumpkin or pecan pies, cookies, marshmellow creme fudge, cake (not fruitcake, everybody hates them), quick breads such as banana-nut, pumpkin, orange-cranberry.
