well it must have asked for quaratine then quaratine then go to quaratine section nd delete it

When AVAST found the files, it immediately gave you a screen with the option to DELETE the infected file.
You should have done it then.

If you got confused and closed that screen, then just run the program again, and when the alert goes off
select the option DELETE

...then allow the program to continue the scan.

ALWAYS select "thorough" scan.
