How about stickers, pencils, a Christmas ornament, small books, or crayons?

go to the dollar store and buy them all a book. They also have alot of party favors. Once we bought dice for all the students to have a pair and made a "board game" for all of them. You can usually get four pair of dice for one dollar there. Then make copies of the board games (if possible get them laminated) and put them in a christmas zip lock bag.

Good Luck finding something

kids love stickers. I do have a suggestion though, hopefully you have let them make somehting for their parents. Kids love to do that and they feel that they actually gave something to their parents on their own. You can buy inexpensive plastic cups and let them decorate them, Have them make plaster of paris hand print plaques. Ornaments or something else, buy pretty wrapping paper so they can wrap it up too.
