she used to buy it from qvc but they now longer stock it.it is a specialised makeup for high pigmentation around the eyes.

Ulta is awesome but if you cant find it i HIGHLY recomend Joey New York for that cause i have a friend who uses it for her REALLY BAD pigmentation problems and it is amazing.

It used to be sold by Fashion Fair Cosmetics. Don't know if they still sell it though. Try Macy's.
