will you have period cramps and be pregnant/?

my belly cramps and i have not had a period yet.

Same here, and what sucks most for me is that I was actually taking the "birth control" pill. I got cramps and missed my period and taking the test tomorrow.

You could be having a miscarriage. You may be pregnant and there may be something wrong with the fetes and you body is rejecting it. Go see your doctor : )
