Im not a big partier...I dont go out a lot. I have certain times when a cell phone would be useful and other times when it'd not be. First question. Would it be worth it to get a cell phone? And one with an Mp3 and camera or whatever? Im thinking of the Sony Ericsson W810i cell phone. It looks pretty cool!
Last question. If I were to have a certain number of minutes on the phone per week or month...if I didnt use them up at the end of the week or month, would they be erased and I'd still have to pay for more, or would they be added onto the new minutes I might purchase?

Thanks,

First I think anyone who drives should have a cell phone, for various safety reasons. Second Sony phones are the best , they are all I buy. Depending what sort of plan you get the minutes can either roll over or disapear.

You may want to consider a pre-paid phone. It costs more per minute, but if you don't use it much, then it's cheaper in the long run. Net10 is the best priced plan for pre-pay, and you keep your minutes when you add more airtime.

If you go with a plan, Cingular is the only company that carries your unused minutes over, and they have the best coverage.

I think it's a good idea. I have T-Mobile, and I recommend them. You can get a free phone and a lot of minutes ... I do not work for them, just a satisfied customer!!
