Creative, animated, shows you can create a webpage.
To improve:
*Try designing the website to 800x600 pixels. Not all of us have large-scale monitors, yet.
*Get rid of the annoying sound that's playing. It sounds like a cat is dying.
*Reduce the top banner graphic down; along with your graphic links (blog, games, etc.).
*Check to make sure the links work.
*Continue to solicit more feedback once improvements are made.

1. Uninstall FrontPage from your PC.
2. Take FrontPage disc to nearest gravel pit.
3. Run over disc.
4. Pour gasoline atop disc shards
5. Ignite until disc becomes lump of molten plastic impregnated with rocks.
6. After fire goes out and disc cools, drive lump to nearest seaport and board outbound transoceanic liner.
7. When halfway between continents, over a portion of ocean at least 5,000 feet deep, toss lump overboard.
8. Repeat steps 1-7 with your computer.
9. Repeat steps 1-7 with any object you own that might even remotely be used to create another Web site
10. Obtain 50 pounds of dynamite and a fuse; strap it to yourself
11. Proceed to the brinkster data center where your Web site is hosted
12. Light fuse and run into building

Looks great very creative and the flash is fun in the design! I would recommend the scaling down the width for screen resolutions. The snowflakes are cute! Great job!

Very bad.... Page design is not good... moreover, no link is working in your Flash Navigation..
