got on the computer and done something wrong. Could someone tell me how to put the screen back in normal size.

Right Click on the desktop and choose properties from the drop down menu, then click on the settings tab of the menu.
Use the slider at the bottom of the screen to udjust your screen size

Change the screen resolution, click apperance and themes in the controal panel then click change screen resolution and set it to 1024 by 768

Hmm... I am pretty sure that your problem is your computer is in safe mode. Because all computer models interfaces are different i can not directly answer your question. try clicking right on the screen and then go to properties and then settings and try the green arrow thing i think thatll do it

right click your desktop,
go to properties,
pick settings,
move the dial to a higher ratio, i.e., from 800x600 to 1024x768
hit apply
maybe have to reboot...
done
