HTML Problems. Need help please.?

I've got the position on the menus to where i want them to be. Now im having problems with the "go" button. It won't even bring up a new window.

(this adds a space).

Thats that Html problem thats Javascript

If this is a drop-down menu with a "Go" button alongside, the javascript should look something like this:

This is the Javascript, which goes in the HEAD of your page:
