well, sorry to dissapoint you, but thats part of going to a festival, with 20 000 people and five portaloos! us older partygoers leave teh site early, nip into the local town, eat somewhere that wont poison you with salmonella, deal with your ablutions in a civilised manner, get a shower and grab 8 hours sleep...then were back on the site at 7pm, for the evenings fun...thats why us oldies can party till 5am... NNO...you didnt think it was the heady cocktail of drink and drugs did you... goodness no, its a good honest lifestyle that sustains us... well, you work it out.

festival bogs, and showers should be avoided like the cess pits they are. experience tells you that...

I enjoy these communal toilets, where no one gives a **** (or, rather DO give a ****) what they do in them.
One of my favourite pastimes is jumping about in a soiled lavatory, exposing my parts to various fluids and waste mounds. Then when I get home, go to the doctor to find out how many hideous diseases I've managed to obtain!
2001 - eight diseases
2002 - seven diseases
2003 - three diseases (a bad year)
2004 - holidayed in Eastbourne
2005- eleven diseases (personal best!)

Your right but then most public toilets are rank - what you have to remember about music festivals is most people are off their t*its, and so expecting hygeine is like expecting a miracle!!

They have to be completely disgusting beyond words. I do not think it worth it. Consider the disease. I wonder why health officials do not better enforce sanitary guidelines.
