The stuff you are looking for is desensitizing spray, you can pick some up at most sex shop, the way it works is that you can spay it on the head of the penis before sex and it will kill some of the sensitivity. It kinda works like Novocain (if you’ve been to the dentist) so if you spray it on the head of your penis before oral sex it will kinda numb his or her mouth so spray accordingly. They also make Condoms that have a desensitizing gel in them so that might be another route you can take.

there is a new condome that comes with anethiesia which will numb your xxx tip and make it less sensitive therefore the porlonged period of time can be reached.
