For EVERY address that they SPAM with EACH SPAM -- having to serve a minimum of a Month of Time in Prison/Community Service, pay to the E-Address that receives this trash $100 per Spam, and have a $100,000 fine PER SPAM Message ... that is just off the top of my head ... Plus a LIFE-Long Internet Ban ... one which IF they violate they must SERVE a MINIMUM of 20 years of time in Confinement.

Governments and authorities should take the SPAM nuisance more seriously.

What would I do?

In my country, litterbugs get slapped with community service. They have to wear overalls (with big 'community service' words on them) and pick up litter in public areas. SPAMmers should do something similar (for real and not in the virtual world). The words could read something like, 'I was a SPAMmer. I'm cleaning up now."
