use a ph test strip but im not that smart so dont trust me ;)

Sr(OH)2 <=> Sr2+ + 2OH-
the molarity of OH- 2 * 0.02 = 0.04
pOH = -log[OH-] = 1.4
pH = 14 - pOH = 12.6
