One question please? Who do you think "You" want to be. Everyone has thoughts which are private. No one knows you like you know yourself. Are you not comfortable in who you are? My grandfather told me, If you know who you are and are comfortable with who you are. You can and are able to go a long way in this world. It's when you are not comfortable with you that you have a problem. There are an unreal number of people out there who will give you any amount of advise about anything you want. However there is only one "You" If you can stand in front of a mirror and be honest with yourself, you will be OK. You cannot look yourself in the eye and lie. "You" will always know the truth no matter what your "alter Ego" says.
The term "be yourself" really means. If you are honest with yourself, you will be honest with others.
You may need to talk to a counselor. Sometimes life is difficult, especially when you are young and have no experience in life.
Take it from one who knows. Smile.
Be good!

extremely not some thing. i love the way they "push the envelope" and take a verify out diverse issues. I supply Andre 3000 factors for being a "trend icon" and under no circumstances conforming to what anybody else "thinks" a guy has to gown like. i imagine they take their time and make music that any one loves and is easily worth waiting for. Well, the real question is who you want to be. If it's a different personality, cool -- we probably all role play from time to time, whether it's acting differently around family than friends, doing something sexy and outgoing for a date, whatever.

If you want to break the law or hurt yourself or something like that, though, don't do it. Don't give in.

If you don't want to be yourself than it shows your lack of maturity. Come back in 5 years and tell us what you think.

If it works for you, then great! Continue doing what your doing. Actually you will eventually be changing into what you are pretending to be.. then you really will be "yourself." What will you do then.. change back?

Ok, then
who is it that you admire more than you?
Who wrote that question for you?
Who is behind your thinking?
Who are you really?
The problem is that you think you're a fake.
I don't think so.
I just think you're tired of being a fake.

GOD bless.

yeah you are right; if we were oursleves in every situation we wouldn't have jobs and paychecks, I want to tell my job everyday to stuff it but I have to live getting over in society is about tact and masks. we do what we have to do to survive, but on your own time, to thine OWN SELF be true, which is what I think you are about anyway judging from your question
