What one or two things do you think about before you fall asleep?

14, Female, I am a single student (definetely no kids)(I'm way too young).

There have been alot of robberies taken place in my neighbor hood.I'm kinda worrien about it,and hoping no one decides to break into my house while we're asleep.

I've also been thinkin about financial and family problems.

SO, I GUESS YOU CAN SAY,I THINK ABOUT ROBBERY AND FAMILY BEFORE I GO TO BED AT NIGHT.

Let's see, this almost sounds like an advertisement, but the actual question is one that I often think about. I am 48, female and divorced for 6 years now. I have 2 boys, ages 22 and 17. Before I go to sleep, I first thank the Lord for giving me a wonderful day and also thank him for my children. Then, I think about how I will make ends meet in the future and if I will ever find true love again. I was married for 20 years, so my life has changed quite a bit. Things are a lot different now-a-days than when I was single before. We never worried about STD's, etc. Now, it's almost scary to be single again. Anyway, that's what I think about. I'm in my early flirties (a lady never gives her age) I weigh a hundred and plenty ( a lady never gives her weight) married 7 years and we have a 4 year old. And what does this have to do with what I think about before I go to sleep?? Ok, well I suppose if I was 12 maybe I would be thinking about getting my braces tightened, and if I was 65 I might be thinking "did I remember to put the efferdent in the glass with my dentures?"
I think about God, I say my prayers mentally as I fall asleep. Boring, huh?

I'm 53, married to a wonderful man, mother of 9, grandmother of 6 and I always read for about 15 to 30 minutes before I turn the light out to put positive stuff in my mind. Then I pray. I thank God for every single thing that has happened to me that day. Both the good and the bad because I've learned that I am who I am because of every good and every bad thing that has happened to me in my live. Voices as you nod off or awaken – those are spoke of as hypnogogic and hypnopompic hallucinations, and are to do with your suggestions being in part in a dreaming state. The voice is probably to call your call, or say something very short, or you would be able to hearken to different short sounds alongside with a telephone ringing. I even have this now and then myself. I even have at present had an episode whilst i replaced right into a million/2 asleep in a la z boy chair at 1am. i assumed i'd desire to hearken to human beings speaking contained in the kitchen, and walking in the back of me. different episodes have lined feeling a canines or cat lick my hand, or lay subsequent to me...Feels selection actual.

I am 36 have 4 kids and when I get me bed I just want to make love to my man that gets me a good knight sleep and I wake up in a great mood so that my head is clear and I am Happy (so is he) When he is Happy I am happy when I am happy my kids are Happy etc.... Don't think so much about work and money they are not the most important things in life...

I try to think pleasant thoughts and relax... won't go into details, Hmmmm... I always avoid anything pertaing to the days events or what I have to do tomorrow. When I;m really tires I'm thinking OMG my beds feels good!!!!

i am a 20 year old female, enganged to a wonderful man. on good nights right now i think all about the house we just bought together and are going to move into in january. i think about decorating, and playing with our dogs in the big back yard. on the bad nights i think about bad stuff that happened to me when i was a kid, or get sad my dad is in jail, or worry about money
