i can't decide if i should marry or not! i mean, i really love him, and we would both really like it, but all the changing names, homes, and all the paperwork seems so much of a hassle.

If you really do love him then marry him.His last name shouldn't matter.But id it does matter then make your name Akira whomever-whomever. Also....if your not ready to get a house then buy an apartment or condo.If it's living together that bothers you then talk to him about it.Don't cancel the wedding.Just postpone it until you know you are ready to commit to marriage and everything involved.

hi there id like to say as the female i was sort of in the same siutation u were in but the only thing we couldnt come to an agreement on was a mutual place to live bc we both had children i had custody of my 2 but he only got his daughter every other weekend but eventually we came to an agreement on this and it was we can live 3 hours one way meaning that he could be 3 hrs away from his daughter and id be 3 hrs away from my family
so if u really love and want to be with this man then go for it bc u never know when ull ever run into this man again

you don't have to change your name, so there's not much paper work for marriage, file for the marriage licence that's it. if you feel this way you really don't want to get married. So I would say don't get married.
