Avoid excess salt and lots of water at least 2 liters a day. However, if your pain is uncontrolled then I would go to the ER. You may have a stone that is too large to pass or could be causing a blockage that could damage your kidneys depending on where it is.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.

They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!

This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.

It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

flood your system with cranberry juice and copious amounts of water. if you continue to have problems, see a doctor. he may give you a diuretic or schedule surgery. good luck.
