sounds like they can work it into the plot since his character is always in trouble. just say he is in jail for a few episodes if he is.

I can't imagine that it would, the double arrest of two of the female stars on Lost didn't hurt it's ratings...

they'll work around it and give the poor fellow another chance. so many young people cant handle the pressure of stardom. even some old fogeys like mel and danny can't!
