I own, but at times, it's a pain in the rear. I rent it out, so I have to deal w/ people who don't take care of it, won't pay rent on time, yadda yadda yadda. Sometimes, I feel like selling it. (But, it's security in an insecure world)

While I own a home in my home-town, currently I am on rent where I live and work. Am in process of buying another home (land) but don't know if I would ever go to live there...my job keeps me moving from one location/city/country to another....sort of a corporate gypsy..

When you say WE OWN, it means you are not owning a home. You are living in a home owned by somebody. When you own only then, it is yours. Till then you are under the mercy of somebody. Hence, you need not worry about others.
If Money permits I own. If not I rent.
Nothing is permanent in this world. We are actually living in a hired world. Hence, never mind such things. Try to live in this world as useful as possible for your self and others.

own-rent-university pays
I own my home in Korea. I rent in Long Beach. The university pays when I teach at the University of XXXXXXXX. (To list the university would be spam)
