My family is a bit on the weird side, so maybe this won't work for you. There is a German game that involved a treat wrapped in many layers of paper, a pair of dice (or two sets for your group), as well as a pair of gloves (and anything else that is silly). Circular fashion, each person takes the dice and rolls. If you get a double, you have to put on the gloves and try to unwrap only ONE layer before the next person gets a double (keep passing the dice each time you don't get a double). Now to burn off the steam of several ADHD kids, our family added the if you don't get a double you have to run around the table singing a song (one lap). Ultra silly, but a fun way to spend some time and let the kids run amuck.
Oh, when you finally get to the treat it gets broken into pieces and shared. We ususally use a king sized choco bar for this!
Also: snowball fights with marsmallows are grand!

I am not sure on the exact rules of this game. But the idea of this game is there is a present for each person put on a table. You can wrap them or leave some unwrapped. And everyone draws a number. You then start with #1. That person goes to the table and picks a gift. The 2nd person gets to either go to the table to pick a gift or takes a gift from someone. If someone takes someone elses gift that person goes back to the table to choose a different gift. You do this till everyone picks a gift. The gifts usually range from totally goofy like a doggy toy or a pack of TP to something practical like a toaster or electric can opener. You choose a variety of gifts but nothing really expensive. And it ends up being pretty funny people trading gifts because they think someone elses gift will be better than what they got or they think that the best gift is the big box. And then seeing everyone unwrap what they got is pretty entertaining.

I highly suggest 'Cranium' - it's a great game for all ages. Put 3-4 people on each team (mix of ages) and everyone can play. We play this game at almost every party, and it's always a blast!

We used to play a game called "Thumper" on Thanksgiving with 15-20 family members ranging in age from 4-82.
The "Leader" starts thumping on the table like a drum and says "What's the name of the game?" and everyone yells "Thumper". "I can't hear you!" "Thumper!!"
Then the leader asks everyone "What's your sign?" and the game begins. The person to the right shows their sign such as pulling on their right ear, sticking out their tongue, clapping their hands twice, raising their left hand..... My 82 year old 94 pound grandma always played Tarzan by banging on her chest and yelling the Tarzan yell.
Once everyone shows their signs the leader starts by doing their sign then one of someone else. That person must recognize their sign, doing it then someone elses sign. The first person to not respond to their sign is out. It gets faster and funnier as the night goes on. Kids love it and older people can catch on quickly.

there is this game called SECRET SANTA. You write down everyone's name who brought a gift and put it in a hat to where they don't see anyone's name. Then when that is done..one person draws a name..and they get that person's gift whose name they drew. They don't open it yet though. Another person draws a name and gets that person's gift. Then both of those 2 people open the gift. If one of the people don't like that gift they can take the other persons. But u can only take a person't gift one time and then that's the one u keep. and it keeps going and going but if u don't want to open your gift first u can wait for another person to open their and take it. But rememeber , u can only take a person's gift one time.

I was at a party last weekend and the hostess placed a name of a famous celebrity on each of our backs. Ironically, she had some that actually matched the looks (Eva Longoria) or (Earl), and traits (Martha Stewart) of some of the guests. We had to try to guess who's name was on each of our own backs, by asking Yes or No questions.
