ok i know that u can just live with your boyfriend your entire life, but should u get married just so u can say that u have a husband? help!! i don't know!

NO!! U should never get married just for the sake of marriage. Do u love this guy more than life itself? If the answer is "no", then don't marry him, u're not ready. Love is when he walks into a room & the whole world lites up . Love is when he holds u, u're the only people in the world. Love is caring more for him than anybody or anything else. Only when u feel this way, should u get married. If u marry him just so u can call him ur husband, it'll be the biggest mistake u'll ever make, & chances r, u'll be divorced within 2 yrs. Think about how u REALLY feel about him. Good Luck!

Noooo! Marriage isn't just something to be thrown around with convenience. It's vows you take and a binding agreement of love, loyalty, and commitment between two people. You marry someone with intentions of living up to those vows, not just for the title of it. You don't get married if you don't feel that you really want to be married. Just live together... today's society isn't as judgmental about this as it was in past. Has become a more common occurrence, and is better accepted. Why go cheap to get married, and spend a fortune on the divorce several years later? Be logical here. Check with your state laws... Some consider you common - laws after a certain amount of time anyways. Use the title if you meet those guidelines. And the cost of the separation is cheaper...

If you love him so much that you'd be willing to spend you whole life with him and never sleep with another man for the rest of your natural life, why shouldn't you?
Marraige is supposed to be a contract saying "You're the ONLY person I'll ever have sex with. THAT'S how much I like you. :)" And to be perfectly frank, the idea of an old man boning an old woman who ISN'T his wife is just kind of.... icky.... :P lol

If you feel comfortable not being married then don't and don't worry about what other people think, it shouldn't bother you if you are really happy. However one reason to get married is for beneficial reasons.

Well. Define marriage and what it truly means to you and your significant other. At the end of the day, one of the significant committment is to keep a functional household (the financial, social, children...etc) together no matter what happens.

IT'S NOT RIGHT TO BE LIVING WITH SOMEONE THAT U AREN'T MARRIED TO. BUT IF U GUYS ARE TRUELY IN LOVE AND JUST NEVER GOT AROUND TO IT, THEN YOU SHOULD CONSIDER MARRIAGE.
