how is the Human Rights Committee enforced?

i need to know how its enforced and its effectiveness

it is operated by the UN.. which means all the UN can do is "condemn" those member states who choose not to follow the human rights rules. The UN really has no jurisdiction though, so it is totally ineffective. They have made some very important declarations about human rights, but because they do not enforce them, they are only a declaration and nothing more. look at thier website for more info on them:

If this "Human Rights Committee" is enforced it is not enforced very well.
