When you are harassed by someone it is usually deliberate and meant to cause you worry,Whether it be stalking,phoning or poisen pen letters etc the predator is deliberately targeting a specific person.If you believe there is some form of harassment aimed at you tell your boss or police.Do something or the perpetrator will get more active,report them
