Look on yahoo to find any local shops in your area that does threading. Then I would suggest to go to the one that is done by someone who is actually from India. I wouldn't trust anyone else to thread them.

Does she wax her eyebrows herself? Becaue then I would suggest for her to get them done professionally to get the shape and then continue to them herself (the touch ups).
Threading is more difficult to do than waxing where you don't really have the same control and there is a change that the skin can get burned from the constant threading. I had it done alot before and when they burn it hurts!
However, if the issue is because of a professional then I would suggest before she leaves the chair to tell them that she is unsatified so that they fix it right there and then.
SO. Go see a professional to get the shape and then keep them up yourself. It is easier to clean up eyebrow hair rather than shape eyebrows.

it wud be better if she tweezes her eyebrows every week instead of waxing so dat she can get same shape for both eyebrows and she can get the shape she wants

i realize it's "an art" but, i'd br so afraid to do the threading thing - learn to pluck - it's a pain, but u have all the control.
