I just saw that the ratings box is now set to "all answers" from the more than -5.
I wasn't able to answer a question, coz it said that i had reached my daily limit. I went back and answered it again and it accepted it!
When will we be rid of this?!?!?

That happened to me too. It said I have reached my limit for the day but I am answering questions.

I think that was a short time glitch and after a while it was corrected.
This can happen to best of us. This happens once in a while when I get violation notice for what I consider my style of writing.
