I believe we are all destined to walk this earth as spirits.
I don't believe there is a heaven or hell (as if they are places).
I believe in something different.

Heaven
All God's children are destined for heaven; however, evil usually will grab up many a soul.

Heaven; because of my acceptance of the salvation provided me by God through my faith in Jesus the Christ (who was both God and man). I have faith that I will be with God when I die because of Jesus's voluntary, sacrifical death and my acceptance of His sacrifice as payment for my sins. It should be noted that my concomitant acceptance of His Lordship was necessary as well for me to avoid the condition known as Hell.

He who would pass his declining years with honor and comfort, should, when young, consider that he may one day become old, and remember when he is old, that he has once been young. Every man's life is a fairy tale, written by God's fingers. Three things are necessary for the salvation of man: to know what he ought to believe; to know what he ought to desire; and to know what he ought to do.
