I live on a corner, (property owner)and a gas pipeline company has informed me that they will be destroying my yard, is there anything I can do? Dont they have to at least compensate me to at least replace the grass and soil? there are no easments to my property, they are claiming right of way from the 2 roads?

When they are finished, they have to put the property back the
way it was before they started. It could take a year to get it back
however.

MERRY CHRISTMAS and have a nice day.

Thank you very much, while you're up!!!

Are you sure they are not using the public right of way? I can't see them being able to just cross your yard without compensation to you, however, the section near the road is usually a public right of way and doesn't belong to you. Consult your plat map it should tell you where the right of way is.
