then it is reasonable to believe that God would not favor a man that would go against the laws of man. Any man that breaks the laws of man is considered a criminal in the eyes of the law of man.

We could drastically reduce the number of criminals by simply updating the antiquated laws of man. Many laws were written more for the protection of horses from the automobile on streets that don't often see horses these days.

These are not the only laws that create criminals by the thousand every day. Just because it's not prosecuted doesn't prevent them from breaking the laws and ignorance of the law is no excuse for criminals according to the law.

Why should God have to deal with habitual offenders every time he talks to a man?

First of all not all laws are under God. God's laws are perfect and true, higher than the thoughts of man.

Short answer: there was one PERFECT huiman being on earth and we nailed him to a cross. Long answer. The founders of this nation were not all strictly following any one particular denomination or sect of faith. Some like Washington of Jefferson, believed there is a God, but he put us on Earth with the gift of freewill, to choose to believe or not, to choose to worship, or not. it is up toi us how we choose to conduct ourselves but all laws are an agreement to keep otherwise antisocial creatures (outside our own little clans) behaving for the sake of harmony and success of the larger community. God being a superior being would not have to deal with anything He didn't want to, again, it's choice, free will. Reward the good with good, not neccesarily punish the bad, but no reward either, maybe, just nothing, the joke is you don't find out until it's too late to change. And there is always opportunity, before a person's last breath, they will realize that doing good things is the best way to spend a life, that those are the ones most valued in any community. Besides, you shouldn't pass a trolley car on the right, blow your klaxon at passing horses or drive faster than a trot across covered bridges.

Peter in the Bible tells us to obey our government. If we don't its a sin. the only time we would disobey if if it became like China with a commuinist anti-CHristian society. we would obey all laws but the ones that contradict Christianity.
im not sure what ur saying with the rest. BUt God speaks to us through the Bible.

In Cjhristianity we believe that every man has been given a conscience that tells him right or wrong. many of us go against that and do the wrong.

Read "Thus Spoke Zarathustra" by Frederick Nietzsche and you will never ask such questions again. It's the ONLY book you need to get this life "right" (or not) By imagining that God has dialogs with man is inherently silly. It would be like a man asking a pudding pop for advice.

As Jesus said, "Pay unto ceasar what is his, and unto God what is his." God deals with those who accept him, but that doesn't mean he intercedes all the time especially if theres a lesson to be learned. Don't blame God for the men who covet sin.
