my firewall still isnt off...how do i turn it off completely???

Open the control panel and find "Windows Firewall". We have to wonder why you want to turn it off? It is a bad idea to run without any sort of firewall. If you are talking about another flavor of firewall, please let us know.

Why would you possibly want to turn off your firewall?? That's like having unprotected sex with 100 people every day.

It is not a good idea to shut off ur firewall, unless u have installed another one, then you need to shut one down, can't run two different ones at the same time. If it is ur windows firewall, u can access via control panel, if another mfg u can shut down via the main screen/options.
