I'm looking to move to the East Coast from Minneapolis. If you live there or have lived there, which do you find to be the best city - Considering cost of living index, career opportunities, weather, etc.?

Check out Danbury Conn,it was rated the number one city to live in 4 years ago.All technical, medical health careers are plentiful.
The most sought after are in nursing and teaching.Teaching salaries are the second highest in United State beaten out only by California.The computer field is wide open as well as top line sales.I love the weather,all four seasons and that is why I have lived here all my life (except for the money of course).
