i am sellin my psp on ebay. the person is payin g with paypal. i got an email saying send an email to customer service with shipping reference/tracking number. what exactly do i put in that email. someone please dont give and answer telling me to call any support lines or to go to a web site.

If you don't already have a PayPal account, just send a simple email asking if they would be willing to mail a check instead.

For future eBaying I suggest you sign up for a PayPal account, its really easy and it will be very useful in the future.
