Neil was actually tried and convicted of robbing the Silverado National Savings and Loan bank a few years back. Other than that I don't know. Unless he was the brother that was convicted of smuggling and selling cocaine and attempted murder. No wait that was his sister or aunt or something, I don't know what his relation to her was, but she sure looked creepy, and that wasn't even her mugshot.
